Minimum job: $550 (vacant only). Dump fees billed at cost (receipt provided).
01. LOAD SIZE (HAUL-OFF VOLUME)
How much has to be removed and loaded (bags, loose junk, furniture). This determines how many trips / how full the vehicle gets.
03. ACCESS (CARRY DISTANCE + STAIRS)
How hard it is to move items out: stairs, long walk to the truck, narrow hallways, locked gates, parking distance, multi-story houses.

02. WORK TIME (LABOR HOURS)
How long the clear-out takes based on how packed the house is, how spread out items are, and how much sorting is needed for “trash vs keep” (you require keeps to be removed/labeled).
